硕天UPS电源保养存在的误区

硕天UPS电源作为重要的不间断应急电源，广泛的应用在数据中心、机房系统等重要的场所。硕天UPS电源受环境等因素的影响，则需要不定期的保养维护，避免出现故障无法使用。很多在维护的时候，会出现一些误区，导致出现一些故障导致损失。
　　
　　一、高频机硕天UPS电源是新技术产品，没有大功率产品
　　
　　在以前的印象中，硕天UPS电源属于低可用性、低可靠性和“高能低效”。然而，对于硕天UPS电源的选型目前正是新旧交替时期。以前的硕天UPS电源在工作中有几个环节是耗能庞大的，而且对硕天UPS电源的可靠性也有很大影响。然而高频机硕天UPS电源就能解决此类问题，它的效率在载的情况下都可以达到95%。
　　
　　所谓高频机硕天UPS电源指的是输入输出电路都工作在20kHz以上，且没有输出变压器电路的硕天UPS电源。相比传统的工频机UPS的90%运行效率，高频机硕天UPS电源的优势还是比较明显的。高频硕天UPS电源除了具备工频机UPS技术指标外，还有着更高的性能和指标，也是工频机硕天UPS电源所不及的。所以说在UPS的选型上，高频机硕天UPS电源将是今后发展的趋势。

1. High-frequency UPS power supply is a new technology product, but there is no high-power product.

In the past impression, Shuotian UPS power supply belongs to low availability, low reliability and "high energy and low efficiency". However, the selection of UPS power supply is in the period of alternation between the old and the new. In the past, the power supply of SUOTAN UPS consumed enormous energy in several aspects of its work, and it also had a great impact on the reliability of SUOTAN UPS power supply. 　　二、硕天UPS电源能够防雷
　　
　　在数据中心里，供电系统是属于交流电，从电网进来后分为两种情况，如果是非常重要的数据中心必须配有发电机。从交流电进入数据中心首先要解决的是防雷问题。交流电进来后，在进入硕天UPS电源之前，一定在配电柜之前完成三级防雷。第一级防雷要把7000伏以上的雷电浪涌电压降低到4000伏以下，第二级防雷降到2500伏以下，第三级防雷降到1500伏以下，再经过硕天UPS电源输入电路的滤波器降到1000伏，这时候硕天UPS电源本身就可以利用了。
　　
　　在购买硕天UPS电源时，部分用户会问到‘这种硕天UPS电源可以几级防雷’。这说明还是有用户存在这样的误解——硕天UPS电源具有防雷功能。而实际上三级防雷的浪涌电流能够达到8000安培，是任何类型硕天UPS电源都承受不了的。三级防雷一定要在硕天UPS电源前端的输入配电柜上完成。
　　
　　三、硕天UPS电源免维护电池不需要“维护”
　　
　　在数据中心供电系统中电池是寿命是最短的，但却是产成故障最多的设备。许多用户以为免维护电池是不用维护的，这是一个很大的误区。无维护电池的全称是铅酸阀控式免维护电池，“免维护”指的是不需要测量电池比重，不需要加电瓶水，而并不是不需要维护。

硕天UPS电源可以解决电网存在的诸如：断电、雷击尖峰、浪涌、频率震荡、电压突变、电压波动、频率漂移、电压跌落、脉冲*等等问题，而精密的网络设备更是不允许电力有间断的，故此以服务器、大型交换机、路由器为核心的网络中心要配备硕天UPS电源更是不言而喻。
　　
　　(1)硕天UPS电源系统的稳压功能。系统的稳压功能是由整流器完成的，整流器件采用可控硅或高频开关整流器，本身具有可根据外电的变化控制输出幅度的功能，从而当外电发生变化时(该变化应满足系统要求)，输出幅度基本不变的整流电压。
　　
　　(2)硕天UPS电源净化功能。净化功能由储能电池来完成，由于整流器对瞬时脉冲*不能消除，整流后的电压仍存在*脉冲。储能电池除具有存储直流电能的功能外，对整流器来说就像接了一只大容量电容器，其等效电容量的大小，与储能电池容量大小成正比。由于电容两端的电压是不能突变的，即利用了电容器对脉冲的平滑特性消除了脉冲*，起到了净化功能，也称对*的屏蔽。
　　
　　(3)硕天UPS电源频率的稳定。频率的稳定则由变换器来完成，频率稳定度取决于变换器的振荡频率的稳定程度。
　　
　　(4)硕天UPS电源开关控制功能。系统配备了工作开关，主机自检，故障后的自动旁路开关，检修旁路开关等开关控制。

SUOTAIN UPS POWER SUPPLY FOR LIGHTNING PROTECTION

In the data center, the power supply system belongs to AC, which can be divided into two situations when the grid comes in. If the data center is very important, it must be equipped with generators. Lightning protection is the first problem to be solved when entering data center from AC. After AC comes in, before entering the Shuotian UPS power supply, the third-level lightning protection must be completed before the distribution cabinet. The first level of lightning protection should reduce the surge voltage of lightning above 7000 volts to below 4000 volts, the second level to below 2500 volts, the third level to below 1500 volts, and then to 1000 Volts through the filter of the input circuit of the power supply of Shuotian UPS. At this time, the power supply of Shuotian UPS itself can be used.

When purchasing SUOTAIN UPS power supply, some users will ask,'How many levels of lightning protection can this SUOTAIN UPS power supply provide?' This shows that there is still a misunderstanding among users that the SUOTAN UPS power supply has lightning protection function. In fact, the surge current of three-level lightning protection can reach 8000 amperes, which is beyond the capacity of any type of Shuotian UPS power supply. The third level lightning protection must be completed on the input and distribution cabinet of the front end of the UPS power supply in Suotian.

3. Shuotian UPS power supply maintenance-free batteries do not need "maintenance"

Batteries in the data center power supply system have the shortest life, but they are the equipment that produces the most faults. Many users think that maintenance-free batteries are unnecessary, which is a big misunderstanding. The full name of maintenance-free battery is lead-acid valve-regulated maintenance-free battery. Maintenance-free means that it does not need to measure the specific gravity of the battery and add battery water, but does not need maintenance.

Shuotian UPS power supply can solve such problems as power failure, lightning surge, surge, frequency oscillation, voltage sudden change, voltage fluctuation, frequency drift, voltage drop, pulse* and so on. Precision network equipment does not allow power interruption, so servers, large switches, routers are the core. It is self-evident that the network center should be equipped with Shuotian UPS power supply.

(1) Voltage stabilization function of Shuotian UPS power supply system. The voltage stabilization function of the system is accomplished by a rectifier. The rectifier device adopts thyristor or high frequency switching rectifier. It has the function of controlling the output amplitude according to the change of external electricity. When the external electricity changes, the output amplitude of the rectifier voltage is basically unchanged.

(2) Purification function of Shuotian UPS power supply. Purification function is accomplished by energy storage battery. Because the rectifier can not eliminate the instantaneous pulse, the voltage after rectification still has the pulse. In addition to the function of storing DC electric energy, the energy storage battery is like a large capacity capacitor connected to the rectifier. Its equivalent capacitance is proportional to the capacity of the energy storage battery. Because the voltage at both ends of the capacitor can not change abruptly, that is to say, the smooth characteristic of the capacitor to the pulse is used to eliminate the pulse *, playing a purification function, also known as the shielding of *.

　　1、目前基本所有场所都需要用到硕天UPS电源，常见的场所：交通、机房、机场、地铁、大楼管理、医院、银行、电厂、办公室等等场合都需要。
　　
　　2、硕天UPS电源作用：保障这些场合所需要的不间断供电需求，当这些场合的市电停了之后，硕天UPS电源会立即供电，保证这些场合的用电设备不间断的工作。
　　
　　3、家庭也是可以使用硕天UPS电源的，目前中国用电量极大，偏远山村经常断电所以备一台硕天UPS电源是可以考虑的，当然大城市的家庭或办公司也可以使用硕天UPS电源，因为城市家庭的用电设备一般比较高端，如电脑或服务器都算精密设备，突然断电同样给设备造成很大损害，所以也可以使用UPS电源来保护。

针对信息化应用的支持平台，大型、超大型的数据中心日趋增多，而且对信息存储和处理能力的要求越来越高。综合布线系统作为数据中心信息化的基础设施，为数据中心系统网络运行的一个重要组成部分。面对布放的大量线缆，如何进行有效的运行与管理，被越来越受到大家的关注。
　　
　　数据中心的前期规划、设计、建设往往重点是考虑产品本身的传输性能，而数据中心的运维则由后续的团队承担，并很少能够参与到前期的工作之中，所以当跳线和线缆发生故障需要定位的时候，一种好的寻线技术和方案，就显得异常重要了。
　　
　　目前数据中心快速寻线的解决方案一般可以采用标签寻线（含电子标签）、寻线仪寻线、电子配线架引导寻线及物理可见光寻线几种技术和方案，以下分别加以介绍：
　　
　　1.硕天UPS电源标签寻线
　　
　　标签寻线是目前最为常见的一种方式，其各类打印型的标签包括纸质、布质、胶纸、金属等，并以输入标准格式的文字、字母和数字编码为主。(见图1)。
　　
　　标签寻线具有价格实惠、使用方便、简单易懂和市场占有率高等特点，被得到广泛的应用。如通过泛物联网的概念，在后续对每个端口、配线架和每个机柜上都配有包括二维码等标签的技术应用方式，则可通过专业的软件平台进行管理，可提升运维的管理水平和管理效率。
　　
　　二维码自身携带的信息量大，当标签损坏面积达到50%时，仍然能够准确地读取信息等优点，因此二维码可以比传统标签提供更为丰富的信息数据，并可通过软件系统将资产管理等功能整合到一起，可以更方便有效的管理和维护数据中心。但是采用二维码标签的管理方式，对管理的信息提取必须采用专用的读取设备备(图2)。为保障管理系统可靠性，在采用了二维码标签管理的同时，使用普通标签的管理模式作为管理的备份手段。
　　
　　标签寻线的不足之处在于：
　　
　　①使用时间有限。根据美国贝迪标签的公开资料显示，纸质类标签的使用时间最长为5年左右，意味着使用此类标签存在容易丢失等问题。
　　
　　②编码规则无法统一。一期和二期项目如果采用不同编码格式，则会导致编码内容各不相同和无法快速加以识别。
　　
　　③对于跳线，标签需要重新处理，导致出现编码不规范，手写标签等情况出现。
　　
　　纸质等传统标签普遍遵循TIA/EIA-606商业大楼通讯基础架构管理标准要求，国内标准并没有针对标签作出详细的规定，同时在行业的运维规范中，也没有明确的标准出台。
　　
　　目前行业针对传统的纸质标签的不足之处，正在拓展RFID电子标签的应用技术，极大的提升了运维寻线效率，主要采用以下技术方案：
　　
　　①以每一U位为单元的电子标签(图3)，整U的信息存储在单个电子标签中，通过定位和扫描，查询整个U位的相关信息，此类无需主机进行管理。
　　
　　②以单个端口为基础的电子标签(图4)，在每个端口设置接收器，并与主机相连接。在跳线端增加迷你型RFID标签，当端口发生插拔时，自动激发电子标签读取相关信息，并在软件上形成链路信息。由软件和硬件端形成快速寻线，类似于电子配线架的寻线原理，不同的是在产品上额外增加电子标签。
　　
　　2．寻线器寻线
　　
　　以标签查询方式的快速寻线方案，当标签完整，且资料完善的情况下，可直接通过标签查看的方式寻线，但一旦标签脱落或者标签不清晰时，就需要使用寻线器来寻线。
　　
　　各类寻线器是采用在链路或者信道的两端提取信息的方式，在一端发射脉冲信号，而另一端使用接收器采集脉冲信息，并通过信号的强弱程度及发出的提示音来判断对应的关系。光纤通过光笔发射光源的方法来寻线，相对简单。
　　
　　采用寻线器寻线的方式，在数据中心运行中的使用概率并不高，一般是在以下三种情况下使用。
　　
　　①线缆施工完毕，需要打标签之前，通过寻线器确认每个信息的线缆两端对应关系。
　　
　　②当工作区增加信息点或使用备份信息点时，在电信间和设备间找到线缆连接的对应端口。
　　
　　③跳线需要进行跳线连接时，判断跳线对应的两端关系。
　　
　　
　
　　
　　
　　
　　电子配线架寻线具有以下基本特点：
　　
　　①实时侦测端口的通断情况。
　　
　　②跳线需要跳线时，在软件上做操作后，通过LED闪烁，引导操作者插拔，不会出现错误的情况。
　　
　　③链路信息自动保存，方便用户下载。
　　
　　但是电子配线架系统增加了主机等设备，投资成本较高。而且只能解决配线架端的跳线寻线管理。
　　
　　针对数据中心的运维与管理采用3D可视化管理运维软件，可以对整个线缆的链路状态进行各种视角的查看。此类软件以整体管理为主，成本相对于较高，只能针对大型或者超大型的数据中心。
　　
　　在此类软件使用中，包括采用VR、AR等新技术的应用，操作者可以通过电脑后台或者手持终端查询所有的运行数据，管理的效率得到了有效提升。但是需要在前期进行大量的基础数据输入，同时根据输入的数据和实际的使用设备等相关信息进行建模，工作量相对较大。在后期的运维过程中，如果需要变更跳线的位置，而后台数据不及时作处理的情况下，将会造成实际的链接情况和管理软件的数据不匹配的现象出现。
　　
　　

硕天UPS电源　　针对数据中心等场合需要及时进行跳接的运维管理，行业有了一些新的产品和方案。主要是有以下几种方案：
　　
　　①在对绞电缆护套上或在电缆中的十字骨架位置嵌入一芯光纤的方案。通过光纤的透光，达到快速寻线的目的。该方式可以在电缆施工完毕后，当需要确认两端对应关系时使用，并提升了检查的效率。此方案也可以应用于铜跳线。
　　
　　②在铜缆或者光缆里面增加芯数，采用不同的传输介质组合成类似的复合缆。如在铜缆里面附加光纤，在光纤跳线增加铜芯线等。也有的技术方案，在铜跳线中增加2芯多股线，并在两端的水晶头护套内嵌入纽扣电池并加入贴片式的LED灯，以形成回路，需要寻线时，按下按钮，使得两端的LED灯进行闪烁，完成查寻。
　　
　　不同的线缆可组合各种其它的传输介质本身的特性，实现快速寻线的功能。
　　
　　③针对光纤跳线，需要断开两端，以测试两端对应关系。
