硕天UPS电源的选型与硕天蓄电池的维护

　　对于普通用户，在选购硕天UPS电源时必须考虑技术性能、服务保证和产品价格，三大因素需综合平衡、统筹兼顾。目前，可供信息网络应用的硕天UPS电源品种很多，我们一般所指的硕天UPS电源大都为静止变换式，它可分为后备式、在线式、在线互动式三大类。现在在国内硕天UPS电源市场繁荣的背后，泥砂俱下，所以在选购时要注意以下问题：

　　(1)不要过分追求对硕天UPS电源常规电性能指标的要求，诸如转换时间、电压和频率稳定度、波形失真度等。应该重视对硕天UPS电源输出能力和可靠性的考察。

　　(2)根据计算机设备的型号、规格及具体要求选择硕天UPS电源，注意两者的匹配性能和兼容能力。

　　2 硕天UPS电源应用中的注意事项

　　硕天UPS电源在使用时必须遵守其操作规程，并应注意以下事项：

　　(1)硕天UPS电源要防止阳光直射，要留足够的通风空间。

　　(2)使用硕天UPS电源时，务必遵守产品说明书中的有关规定，保证所接的火线、零线、地线的要求，用户不

　　得随意改变其相互的顺序。

　　(3)严格按照正确的开机、关机顺序进行操作。避免因突然加载或减载时，硕天UPS电源的电压输出波动过大，而无法正常工作。

　　(4)严禁频繁地关闭和开启硕天UPS电源.一般要求在关闭硕天UPS电源后，至少等待6秒钟才能重新开启，否则，硕天UPS电源可能进入“启动失败”的状态，即硕天UPS电源进入既无市电输出，又无逆变输出的状态。

　　(5)禁止超负载使用。硕天UPS电源的最大启动负载最好控制在80%之内，如果超载使用，在逆变状态下，时常会击穿逆变三极管。实践证明：对于绝大多数硕天UPS电源而言，将其负载控制在30%-60%额定的输出功率范围内是最佳工作方式。

　　(6)定期对硕天UPS电源进行维护工作。清除机内的积尘，测量蓄电池组的电压，更换不合格的电池，检查风扇运转情况及检测调节UPS的系统参数等。

Notices in the Application of UPS Power Supply

(3) Operate strictly according to the correct sequence of start-up and shutdown. Avoid the sudden load or load shedding, the voltage output fluctuation of Shuotian UPS power supply is too large to work properly.

(4) It is strictly forbidden to shut down and open the Shuotian UPS power frequently. Generally, it is required to wait at least 6 seconds after shutting down the Shuotian UPS power supply before it can be reopened. Otherwise, the Shuotian UPS power supply may enter the state of "starting failure". That is, the Shuotian UPS power supply enters the state of neither market power output nor inverted output.

(5) Overload is prohibited. The maximum start-up load of SUOTAN UPS power supply should be controlled within 80%. If it is overloaded, it will break down the inverter triode in the inverted state. Practice has proved that for the vast majority of Shuotian UPS power supply, it is the best way to control its load within the rated output power range of 30% - 60%.

(6) Maintain the UPS power supply regularly. Clean up dust in the machine, measure battery voltage, replace unqualified batteries, check fan operation and check UPS system parameters.

　　3 蓄电池组的维护

　　通常，硕天UPS电源广泛使用的是一种所谓无需维护的密封式铅酸蓄电池，它的价格比较贵，一般大约占UPS总生产成本的1/3—1/2左右，因此正确对蓄电池组进行维护保养，是延长硕天UPS电源使用寿命的关键。为此大家应努力做到：

　　(1)严禁对硕天UPS电源的蓄电池组过电流充电。因为过电流充电容易造成电池内部的正、负极板弯曲，极板表面的活性物质脱落，造成蓄电池可供使用容量下降，以致损坏蓄电池。

　　(2)严禁对硕天UPS电源的蓄电池组过电压充电。因为过电压充电会造成蓄电池中的电解液所含的水被电解成氢和氧而逸出，从而缩短蓄电池的使用寿命。

　　(3)严禁对硕天UPS电源的蓄电池组过度放电。因为过度放电容易使电池的内部极板表面硫酸盐化，其结果是导致蓄电池的内阻增大，甚至使个别电池产生“反极性”现象，造成电池的永久性损坏。

Because overcurrent charging can easily cause the bending of positive and negative plates inside the battery, and the active substances on the surface of the plates fall off, resulting in the decrease of the available capacity of the battery, resulting in the damage of the battery.

(2) It is strictly forbidden to charge the battery overvoltage of Shuotian UPS power supply. Because overvoltage charging will cause the water contained in the electrolyte of the battery to be electrolyzed into hydrogen and oxygen and escape, thus shortening the life of the battery.

　　(4)对于长期闲置不用的硕天UPS电源，为保证蓄电池具有良好的充放电特性，在重新开机使用之前，最好先不要加负载，让硕天UPS电源利用机内的充电回路对蓄电池浮充电10—15小时以后再用;对于长期工作在后备状态的硕天UPS电源，通常每隔一个月，让其处于逆变器状态工作至少2～5分钟，以激化硕天UPS电源的蓄电池。

　　大功率三相硕天UPS电源监控系统在设计上考虑的重点有别于一般小型单相硕天UPS电源.因三相机的供电设备涵盖范围广泛，除了一般计算机工作站主机也包含网络设备、制造设备的作业机台、医疗设备、精密仪器等等，且三相机放置的位置大多散布于建物内各处与监控机房有一段距离。经由实际设计案例，以下列出设计上考虑的重点。同时与多部硕天UPS电源联机由于三相机散布位置广，为避免管理人员将时间浪费在往返多部硕天UPS电源路途时间，系统须有集中监控的能力将所有的硕天UPS电源信息集中于一套系统，共享一致的告警接口让管理人员经由一套系统即可管理所有的UPS.当任何电力事件发生时系统经由网络广播、呼叫器、e-mail、语音告警等主动通知相关人员，不仅可免除经常性的检查工作还能在电力事件发生后的第一时间获得来自监控系统的通知讯息。可以有效降低管理人员的工作量。

　　同时，定时的进行蓄电池测试硕天UPS电源最主要的工作是在市电中断时立即为负载持续提供干净良好的电源，为确保UPS在断电时能发挥其应有的功能，必须确保电瓶保持在良好状态，当输入市电中断时硕天UPS电源能顺利的切换至蓄电池供电。故系统须能依使用者设定的时间定时作电瓶测试(一般会设定在用电离峰时间，大部分是夜间或清晨)，确保蓄电池可以在需要的时候派上用场。当蓄电池测试失败时再经由监控系统通知管理人员检查或更换蓄电池。

　　历史资料保存、打印根据经验，大部分的公司皆会保留历史数据文件、事件纪录档案，有些甚至将整年度的资料备份至光盘上，需要时再由监控系统加载分析。所以系统不仅须提供实时信息还要兼具读取分析备份资料的能力，能够协助管理人员快速取得所查询的资料。此外对于保存的资料制作例行性的报表也能节省不少宝贵的时间。远程监控当监控系统通知管理者有异常电力事件发生时管理者未必在监控中心，此时须有管道能让他以远程监控的方式与三相硕天UPS电源监控系统联机获得更完整的信息才能做出正确的处理动作。对偏远地区因无网络联机我们以调制解调器点对点的方式作远程监控，若系统已有网络连接则以TCP/IP网络进行联机。同时亦提供HTTP让管理者只以网络浏览器就可以与监控系统联机，随时随地掌握最完整的电力信息。

　　保护各供电中的操作系统虽然我们着重在对三相硕天UPS电源的监控方面，但主机及工作站仍会是三相硕天UPS电源的重要负载，所以保护各种类的操作系统在断电时能安全的关机也是设计的重点。关于这点我们为各种操作系统各开发了一支小程序，它是经由网络向三相监控程序取得硕天UPS电源状态，当侦测市电中断或电瓶低电位时再依使用者先前的设定依序发出警告信号当到达关机时间后便将操作系统安全的关闭。这项功能可以分担信息管理人员的工作，不用急着在断电时赶回机房去shutdown主机。通讯配线以往的配线方式是将每部UPS到UPS间以RS485或RS422串联，但当距离拉远时不仅消耗线材也使得通讯上易受*.现今大部份厂区网络线渐广，善用既有的网络线就近将UPS透过网络与监控系统联机不但可节省配线开销也能提高通讯品质。

　　这些是关于大功率三相硕天UPS电源进行监控系统操作一些必须做的事情，做好每一个小细节，才能使整套设备更好的应用。

硕天UPS电源使用的环境中，或多或少的都会有一些灰尘。我们平时在维护硕天UPS电源，把重点都放在了主机以及UPS蓄电池上，对于这些小灰尘可能有时候会忽略了，其实灰尘积多了，多UPS主机的影响也很大。
　　
　　在一些气候干燥的地区,由于空气中的灰尘比较多,硕天UPS电源主机内的风机会将灰尘带入机内沉淀,当遇空气潮湿时会引起主机控制紊乱而造成主机工作失常,并且发出误报警,大量的灰尘还会造成UPS电源散热不好,导致机内温度升高，影响UPS电源的使用寿命，更严重的就是会造成硕天UPS电源主机爆炸。所以关于UPS除尘，我们一定要重视起来。
　　
　　一般,每四年对硕天UPS电源设备进行一次检修,首先是更换硕天UPS电源所有风扇,再根据运行情况,由专业人员带电检查直流回路纹波情况,从外表查看直流电容和交流电容有无异常,用专用表测试电容容量情况,确定是否更换电容。清除方法就是，在清扫、检修完成后,开始回装插件,注意插件要插紧,二次插头要插好。检查通电后风扇和盖板是否有共振。若以上情况都正常,硕天UPS电源继续手动旁通供电负载,在不带载情况下，由专业技术人员单独给UPS供电调试自动旁通、整流器和逆变器。若调试正常，UPS开始切换，由手动旁通切换到自动旁通再到逆变器供电。其次是在除尘时,检查各连接件和插件有无松动和接触不牢的情况。
　　
　　除了这些除尘的小技巧，我们平时在使用UPS电源的过程，看到UPS主机上有灰尘时，也要养成一个清洁的习惯，这样灰尘才不会越积越多，长期保持清洁的硕天UPS电源主机，才会给我们提供更好更稳定可靠的电源。
