硕天UPS电源电池故障率如何降低

第一、在对硕天UPS电源进行鉴定时,可以从外观进行判断。主要观察外观是否变形,是否有凸出,是否有漏液,是否破裂炸开,螺丝连接处是否有氧化物渗出等。

  第二、硕天UPS电源采用带载测量方法,通过对外观进行观察,不存在异常的情况下,硕天UPS电源工作于电池模式之下,需要带一定量的负载。而如果放电时间低于正常放电时间,并且充电八个小时之后,依旧不能恢复正常的备用时间,此时就可以判定,电池处于老化状态。

硕天UPS电源蓄电池内部短路的原因:

  (1)隔板质量不好或缺损,使极板活性物质穿过,致使正、负极板虚接触或直接接触。

  (2)隔板窜位致使正负极板相连。

  (3)极板上活性物质膨胀脱落,因脱落的活性物质沉积过多,致使正、负极板下部边缘或侧面边缘与沉积物相互接触而造成正负极板相连。

  (4)导电物体落入硕天UPS电源电池内造成正、负极板相连。

  (5)焊接极群时形成的“铅流”未除尽,或装配时有“铅豆”在正负极板间存在,在充放电过程中损坏隔板造成正负极板相连。

  硕天UPS电源短路景象的表现:

  (1)开路电压低,闭路电压(放电)很快到达停止电压。

  (2)大电流放电时,端电压敏捷下降到零。

  (3)开路时,电解液密度很低,在低温环境中电解液会出现结冰景象。

  (4)充电时,电压上升很慢,始终保持低值(有时降为零)。

  (5)充电时,电解液温度上升很高很快。

  (6)充电时,电解液密度上升很慢或简直无变化。

  (7)充电时不冒气泡或冒气出现很晚。

  硕天UPS电源蓄电池短路的处理方法:

  减小充电电流,降低充电电压,检查安全阀体是否堵死。定期充电放电。硕天UPS电源电池系统中的铅酸浮充电压和放电电压,很多在出厂时均已调试到额定值,而放电电流的大小是随着负载的增大而增加的,使用中应合理调节负载,比如控制计算机等电子设备的使用台数。

  在安装铅酸时,应使用的工具应采取绝缘措施,连线时应先将电池以外的电器连好,经检查无短路,最后连上,布线规范应良好绝缘,防止重叠受压产生破裂。

第1种情况:新安装的硕天UPS电源无法正常启动。

  出现这种情况可能是由两个原因造成的,用户可以先检查硕天UPS电源后面面板的电池连接插头是不是连接。如果不是的话,可以打开前面面板检查电池是否连接。

  第2种情况:硕天UPS电源电池用了2年左右,硕天UPS电源无法启动。

  这种情况对大多数的用户来说,一般是由于蓄电池在使用了两年以后一般会出现或多或少的蓄电池容量下降或蓄电池产生惰性的问题,如果蓄电池不能起到延时的作用,用户们就需要考虑更换新的蓄电池了,避免蓄电池产生惰性的问题,我们可以采用电池自动化管理软件。

  第3种情况:单节蓄电池的电压都很正常,但硕天UPS电源不能启动。

  这时虽然单节电池电压正常,但是可能是由一些其他原因导致的硕天UPS电源不能启动的。

  1、很可能是由于电池与电池之间的连接或电池与硕天UPS电源之间的连接出现问题,比如:连接点不牢固或者是连接点有氧化现象,这时侯就需要祛除氧化物后重新连接。

  2、可能是硕天UPS电源与电池连线的保险断了,如果是保险断了换一个保险即可。

  3、硕天UPS电源与电池之间的连线很长、很细或中间有连接点,因此产生了很大的压降,导致硕天UPS电源不能起动。

  第4种情况:硕天UPS电源逆变工作了一段时间以后,硕天UPS电源不能正常的启动。

  对于硕天UPS电源长期处于市电低电压供电或频繁停电的用户来说,为防止电池因长期充电不足而过早损坏,应充分利用供电高峰对电池充电以保证电池在每次放电之后有足够的充电时间。充电过程中要注意充电器的选用。最好选用既具有恒流又有恒压的充电器对电池进行充电。

  2、硕天UPS电源减少深度放电

  电他的使用寿命与它被放电的深度密切相关。硕天UPS电源所带的负载越轻,市电供电中断时,蓄电池的可供使用容量与其额定容量的比值越大,在此情况下,当硕天UPS电源因电池电压过低而自动关机时电池被放电的深度就比较深。当硕天UPS电源处于市电供电中断,改由蓄电池向逆变器供电状态时,绝大多数硕天UPS电源都会以间隙4s左右响一次的周期性报警声,通知用户现在是由电池提供能量。当听到报警声变急促时,就说明电源已处于深度放电,应立即进行应急处理,关闭UPS电源。不是迫不得以,一般不要让硕天UPS电源一直工作到因电池电压过低而自动关机才结束。

  3、硕天UPS电源定期检查

  定期检查各单元电池的端电压和内阻。对12V单元电池来说,在检查中如果发现各单元电池间的端电压差超过0.4V以上或电他的内阻超过80mΩ以上时,应该对各单元电池进行均衡充电,以恢复电池的内阻和消除各单元电池之间的端电压不平衡。均衡充电时充电电压取13.5~13.8V即可。经过良好均衡充电处理的电池绝大多数都可将其内阻恢复到30mΩ以下。

  4、硕天UPS电源重新浮充

 硕天UPS电源以利用机内的充电子产品电回路重新对蓄电池浮充10~12h以上再带载运行。硕天UPS电源长期处于浮充状态而没有放电过程,相当于处在“储存待用”状态。如果这种状态持续的时间过长,造成蓄电池因“储存过久”而失效报废,它主要表现为电池内阻增大,严重时内阻可达几Ω。因此建议用户最好每隔几个月有意地拔掉市电输入,让UPS电源工作于由蓄电池向逆变器提供能量的状态。但这种操作不宜时间过长,在负载为额定输出的30%左右时,约放电10min即可。

  5、保证硕天UPS电源正常工作环境温度

  电池可供使用的容量与环境温度密切相关。一般情况下,电池的性能参数都是室温为20℃条件下标定的,当温度低于20℃时,蓄电他的可供使用容量将会减少,而温度高于20℃时,其可供使用的容量会略有增加。当然,要延长电池组的使用寿命不但在维护使用上要注意,而且在选择时就应充分考虑负载特性(电阻性、电感性、电容性)及大小。不要长期使电池处于过度轻载运行,以免电池放电电流过小导致电池报废。

 硕天UPS电源在运行过程中,由于各单元电池特性随时间变化而产生的上述不均衡性是不可能再依靠硕天UPS电源内部的充电回路来消除的,所以对这种特性已发生明显不均衡性的电池组,若不及时采取脱机均充处理的话,其不均衡度就会越来越严重。
